2008 Refurbishment

The 2008 refurbishment program began in November 2007 when occupancy levels allowed us to block off the apartments to be refurbished

The program went as expected and all necessary work was completed by April 2008.

The work undertaken consisted of:

• Refurbishment of 4 Lubina Sol apartments.
• New lounge furniture (sofa beds, dining suites, curtains, soft furnishings, etc) in 9 apartments.
• New lounge furniture for 2 apartments at Pueblo Don Miguel.
• New large terrace doors and lounge windows for 2 Lubina Sol apartments.
• New kitchens installed in 3 Pueblo Don Miguel apartments.
• Installation of DVD players in half of our apartments.
• Upgrade to the Lubina Sol and Torreoceano satellite TV systems, allowing better quality of reception and more channels
