Our Apartments

We currently manage a total of 86 apartments – 12 one bedroom apartments (accommodating up to four people) and 74 two bedroom apartments (accommodating up to 6 people).

Every apartment is internally repainted every year and is fully refurbished every 6 years. In addition our maintenance men are available every day of the week to maintain and repair and faults that may develop in the apartment.

All the apartments are fully equipped for the perfect self-catering holiday.

All units have full kitchens with cooker, stainless steel sink and many labour-saving devices, such as microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, coffee-maker etc. All apartments are provided with crockery, cutlery and glasses appropriate for the size of unit, and also have a full range of kitchen utensils

In the Living room/ Lounge area, a full size double sofa bed expands the accommodation to 4, or 6 guests in comfort. Coffee tables, lamps, pictures and soft furnishings all combine to create a luxurious ambiance.

All units are equipped as standard with a 21" T.V. with satellite reception - providing channels in at least Spanish and English.

Over 77% of our apartments are equipped with airconditioning and/or ceiling fans and it is our intention to increase this percentage each year.

The Dining area has a table and chairs to suit the size of the apartment, together with a sideboard or display cabinet.

All apartments have a bathroom which provides bath and shower, wash basin, W.C. and bidet. Most units have an additional bathroom. In addition, a hairdryer has also been provided for your convenience.

Bedroom provide a double or twin bed/s, bedside lockers, radio alarm clock, chest of drawers or dressing table, full length hanging wardrobes, bedside lamps, mirrors and co-ordinated soft furnishings.

A personal safe is provided for use at a small additional charge.

The units have linen for all beds, and towels for the occupants.

All apartments have balconies overlooking the gardens, pools and surrounding countryside. Most have sea or mountain views. Patio furniture of table and chairs allows meals to be taken outside in the glorious Spanish weather.
