I have been contacted by a Resale Company who want £xxx of money to sell my timeshare, are they reputable?

We cannot comment on resale companies reputability, however, we do advise never to give monies in advance to any company to sell your timeshare. If a company has a genuine buyer for your timeshare then they can take their commission out of the sale. We strongly recommend that the best option for owners wishing to sell is to do so privately through family and friends.

Even though you have handed your timeshare over to this company, they have not contacted the legal company F.N.T.C. to complete the official transfer of ownership. Until this is done you will remain the legal owner and responsible for any outstanding debts. CPV Management Services Ltd cannot action the transfer on your behalf, this can only be done by yourself or the company you have sold to. We suggest that you contact whom you have sold your weeks and ask them to transfer the week formally via the Trustees, FNTC.
